Content License

The Licensor (Memories in Lines) grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Content for personal and commercial purposes, including free distribution.

Restrictions

However, the Licensee may not:

• Use the Content as a lead magnet, promotional giveaway, or acquisition tool for any product or service involving the creation, generation, or sale of custom coloring books or similar products derived from user-provided photos.
• Resell or distribute the Content on a standalone basis without meaningful modification.
• Remove or alter any branding, attribution, or references to the Licensor.
• Represent the Content as their own original work.
